| The Legends Front Range Racing Tour
started in 2003, and now race at Colorado National Speedway in
Erie CO, Big Country Speedway, and I-25 Speedway in 2003 and
2004. In 2005 they also raced on Friday nights at Hwy 92 Raceway Park in
Scottsbluff WY. Terry Plummer, one of
our Masters-Division drivers is the defending champion of the
series. He also owns that title at CNS, I-25, and Big country
for 2005. Sixteen of our local drivers competed at the Asphalt National race
held at the Bullring in Las Vegas, NV in 2004. Approximately that
many also attended the National event held in Dodge City KS the year
before. The Asphalt Nationals were held in
Pennsylvania the fall of 2005, with Terry Plummer and Chris
Eggleston in attendance. This year the Legends Nationals is to be held in
Lanier, GA.
